A3consumer is a special solution for the consumer goods industry and all companies, which manufacture their product-stock anonymously.
A3consumer supplements the functions of existing merchandise information systems with optimized prognosis models. It automatically determines, with the integrated 'Management by Exception' critical products; these are then suggested for individual treatment. The planning expenditure is thereby clearly reduced and manual revisions are as good as eliminated. The user can then concentrate on the critical articles and develop purposeful action plans.
A3consumer can be merged into existing planning processes and offers a decision basis to streamline product ranges. The planning of new phase-in products will be supported by special procedures in order to be able to make an early statement about the sales volume which can be expected.
With the module 'Decentralized Planning', the field operatives/sales team will be integrated into the planning process over the internet. The installation of an additional software on the PC of the external coworker is not necessary, only a Web Browser must be available. The data will be consolidated automatically in the central planning system and the planners have all relevant information on their screens:
